Measuring What Matters Conference, Friday 27th March

'Measuring What Matters' is a one day conference held at West Park Conference Centre in Dundee on Friday, 27th March.

Carnegie UK Trust is sponsoring the forthcoming visit to the UK of Ron Colman, executive director of the Genuine Progress Index in Atlantic Canada. This visit has been organised by a partnership involving International Association for Community Development, Community Development Alliance (Scotland) and Scottish Community Development Centre. As well as visiting various organisations interested in this field such as the New Economics Foundation and the Eden Foundation, Professor Colman will also be the keynote speaker at this conference at the end of March. Other speakers include Nic Marks of NEF’s Centre for Well-Being on measuring well-being and sustainable welfare; Colin Mair, Chief Executive of the Improvement Service on measuring local well-being in Scotland and Maureen Bruce, head of Performance, Scottish Government Strategy and Performance Division will speak on the National Performance Framework for Scotland.
