Carnegie UK Trust has long championed the needs of rural communities across the UK and Ireland. The provision of affordable housing has proved to be the most pressing issue in rural England. Assisted by funds from the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG), Carnegie UK Trust, in partnership with Community Finance Solutions, are issuing invitations to tender for organisations to act as the Community Land Trust National Facilitation Body. The aim is to establish a sustainable and independent National CLT Facilitation Body which will be capable of providing a range of high quality legal, financial, development and procedural advice services to a growing number of CLT groups and intermediary support bodies.
